Life Makers Alexandria is hiring an experienced Call Center agents with proven previous experience at our office in janaklis.
- Job type: full time
- Shift : rotation shifts from 10 am to 10 pm
- Job location : janaklis
Main roles :
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our new projects or campaigns.
- Answer questions about our projects or organization.
- Build rapport with the client.
- Providing daily and monthly reports.
- Manage and overcome rejections.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Proven experience as call center minimum one year.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.

- Good computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
