Job Description
- Lead the daily operations of the IT workload automation scheduling environment in a 24/7 support
- Design and implement reporting related to the success and failure of application and Database
- Maintain and recommend improvements to automation related to workload automation scheduling
- Manage all related vendor support cases and assist in their resolution
- Maintain documentation repository related to standard operating procedures
- Prepare reports and ensure optimal performance and maintain records of service level agreements for customers
- Apply monitoring tools and dashboards for all services
- Provide analysis of significant issues and disaster in services
- Apply categorization of incidents
- Prepare a template and process announcement for the planned outage and unplanned outage to be shared with executive management.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
- 3-6 years of experience in application support
- Problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work with and understand business client requirements
- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle
- Familiarity with Agile & Scrum is a plus
- Must be a Ryidh residence.
