Job Description

This is a full-time On-site role in our company located in Heliopolis, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and providing insights to clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing initiatives, offering innovative solutions to achieve their objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to clients based on their needs and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on campaign performance and progress towards goals.


 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
