Job Description
Moderator Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries related to clients and our company
- Replying to direct message on social media.
- Moderate ads on a daily basis to make sure that the ad content follow our company policy
- Report user behavior trends to team leaders
- Provide good user experience by moderating ads in timely manner
- Handle ads publishing
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and nteractive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time imits;
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Create, Develop, implement and manage our social media accounts
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Job Requirements
Moderator Requirements:
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Proactive and energetic.
- Knows how to deal with the different social media channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Good of written Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fast learning and fast typing skills
- Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative.
- Able to repeat same tasks effectively
- Fast keyboard writing.
