Job Description

  • Handling Queries Of Customer Problems over the phone.
  • Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.

       Working Conditions

  • Online Training and Interviews.
  • Location: Maadi.
  • Rotational working hours ( 9 working hours including 1 hour Break / Max shift 12 AM ).
  • Rotational 1 Day off per week.
  • Additional Benefits ( Social Insurance –  Medical Insurance Coverage )
  • Professional training.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Graduates only are welcomed to apply.

  • Military Status: Completed or Exempted
