- Handling Queries Of Customer Problems over the phone.
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
Working Conditions
- Online Training and Interviews.
- Location: Maadi.
- Rotational working hours ( 9 working hours including 1 hour Break / Max shift 12 AM ).
- Rotational 1 Day off per week.
