Role Description
We are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise and experience to manage a complex caseload of corporate matters, with a strong emphasis on insurance-related issues.
Job Requirements
- A master's degree in law, with a focus on corporate law, is preferred.
- Admission to the bar.
- Generally, 3–5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on insurance, areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiation.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Continuous education and involvement in relevant professional organizations.
- Ability to manage complex legal issues
- Profeciancy in English.
