Job Description
- Preparation of time programs for the project
- Follow up the stages of implementation on the site and compare with the time program and prepare the necessary reports
- A list of executive plans
- Inventory the requirements of roles and control costs with the collection of parties involved in the project and determine the deadlines for the delivery of works
- Preparing and reviewing reports on project progress
- Communicate all parties involved in the project to follow up
- Attendance to the headquarters of the company one days a week to follow up all the work of the project with the submission of the necessary reports
Job Requirements
- Have the innate ability to plan ahead and self-assess his performance constructively.
- Ability to work independently within the general principles and direction of the company.
- Ability to propose solutions to technical and engineering problems.
- Ability to harmonize with others well and work together.
- Ability to communicate, exchange ideas and see things from the personal point of view of others.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have good leadership skills: credibility in dealing, delegating authority, motivating others, being able to influence them, demonstrating commitment, positive behavior and creativity.
- Fluent in using programs ِAutoCAD and Primavera is a must.
