Main Duties:
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Analyzes the recruitment process
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews and selection to filter candidates within schedule
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Job Requirements
