Job Description
- Source and evaluate local and international suppliers in the Oil &Gas sector.
- Receives inquiries from customers and replies to them with quotations.
- Receive orders and document arrivals
- Track and record orders
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
- Work with the finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting.
- Monitor the shipping and tracking updates for incoming shipments (Sea & airports)
- Handling all necessary shipping/banking documents as per international rules and regulations
- Following up deliveries, freight documents, and customs clearance
- Establish and maintain good relations with internal & external stakeholders (Including but limited to freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, finance department, etc.)
- Generate, file, maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, documentation, database, etc.
- Create monthly and annual reports and documentation.
- Implement all procured items that are required by quality standards and specifications
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Experience within the local Oil and Gas Market, familiar with suppliers and clients
- Must have a car
- Must reside near these areas (New Cairo, Heliopolis, Maadi, and Nasr city)
- Experience within the local Oil and Gas Market, familiar with suppliers and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management, or similar.
- Knowledge of international suppliers and supply chain process
- Planning, prioritizing, and problem-solving
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Excellent User of MS office.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
