Job Description
- Greet visitors, and answer phone calls to direct for appropriate parties or take messages.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Conduct researches for clients locations to address regions & support for business communication.
- Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence accordingly with Group HR & Admin departments.
- Keep employees personnel files organized & fulfill with all related documents for references & reports as required.
- Gather personnel records from other departments or employees and communicate with Personnel Department for such a matter.
- Perform office secretarial jobs such as attending & recording meeting mutinies, reading & sorting incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Handle the business trips and annual leaves process for company employees or visitors.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
- Communicate with all company departments’ heads to obtain or gather business information inquiries.
- Handle Company petty cash , and ensure of existing of stationary materials as work needs.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Commerce is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent in English is a MUST.
- Previous experience in prestigious or international companies.
- Residents near new Cairo are preferred, but it's not a must. Or residents who are willing to work in New Cairo
