- Well-versed in installing, software, applications, (Mac/windows).
- Working knowledge of modern networking devices and printers
- Have the ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics.
- Have the ability to manage multiple troubleshooting tasks simultaneously while maintaining the quality of results.
- Expert in Mac OS X (installation, backup, etc..)
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Managing time and priorities effectively
