Job Description
- Making ads on company website and social media
- Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
- Answering the telephone and passing on calls
- Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports
- Keeping computer records and files up to date
- Following up customers and updating sales database
- Managing staff appointments
- Setting up meetings and taking minutes
Job Requirements
- Organized and has good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Computer literacy and good typing skills
- A good level of English oral and verbal
- Ability using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor
- Preferred to have digital marketing background
