Job Description

  • Making ads on company website and social media
  • Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
  • Answering the telephone and passing on calls
  • Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports
  • Keeping computer records and files up to date
  • Following up customers and updating sales database
  • Managing staff appointments
  • Setting up meetings and taking minutes

Job Requirements

  • Organized and has good time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Computer literacy and good typing skills
  • A good level of English oral and verbal
  • Ability using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor
  • Preferred to have digital marketing background
