- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers/tutors at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer/tutor inquiries through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer/tutor complaints within a given SLA.
- Ensure customer/tutor satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicate customer/tutor needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Job Requirements
- Good English fluency
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Previous customer support experience is preferred but not a must
- Persistent and motivational attitude to achieve targets and KPIs
- Love to work in targets and number driven environment
