Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers/tutors at all times.     
  • Responding promptly to customer/tutor inquiries through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer/tutor complaints within a given SLA.
  • Ensure  customer/tutor satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Communicate customer/tutor needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Good English fluency 
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Previous customer support experience is preferred but not a must
  • Persistent and motivational attitude to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Love to work in targets and number driven environment
