Job Description
- (QS) Surveying all construction components quantities
- Revise invoices for all sub-contractors & clients
- Compare between the costing sheet & actual Qs of the projects based on the variations & omissions occurring during the project.
- Takeoff quantities for variations and invoices
- Determine and highlight the overruns.
- Prepare procurement packages for all elements of the projects.(specs & quantities)
- Examines ,control and evaluate sub-contractors invoices prepared and submitted by the sub contractors based on P.O agreement against the actual installation at site as per approved shop drawings ensures the contractual obligations are satisfied issue payment certificate for the sub contractor as per procedure and submits to the main office
- performs any other tasks as assigned by the senior QS and the Head office
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- At Least 3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
- Experience with AutoCAD and Primavera
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
