Job Description:
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Writes a brief description of the customer’s concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.
- Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
- Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
- Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
- Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.
- Promote parts & accessories sales by informing customers about different products, vehicle care and maintenance that can get their vehicles operating more efficiently.
- Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Handles customer complaints
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Enhances organization reputation by achieving and over achieving the targeted CSI (Customer Satisfaction indicator).
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent English Language
- Engineering bachelor degree is a must (Mechanical, Electrical, Power engineering)
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience in Automotive field (Passenger Vehicles) is a must.
