Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.
Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Science.
Should have experience in quality management and pharmaceutical manufacturing 10-12 years.
Excellent computer and internet research skills.
Leadership and management skills which lead to deal with all plant's stuff.
Keeps continuously communication between scientific office and plant.
Fluent in English.
Has patience, dependability, and integrity.
Detail-oriented, and highly organized.
