About the Job
  • Track and follow up on attendance, absences, annual and sick leaves of all employees.
  • Receipt of penalties memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non departure)
  • Follow up on the renewal of the annual contracts.
  • Responsible for payroll preparation.
  • Make sure company policies are well implemented.
  • Responsible for dealing with and finishing all documents for the governmental offices related to personnel (Labor Office and Social Insurance Office).
  • Arrange social insurance form 1, 2 & 6.
Job Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor & Insurance laws
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource management tasks
