Job Description
- Using advertisements to promote the sale of a property.
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential client’s relationships
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one Handling customers demand
- Answer calls of clients and call the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects.
- Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.

- Should be able to have a good communication skills to deal with clients in a Hight Professional level
