Job Description

  • Leading the continuous development of the Social Media team, channels and campaigns. 
  • Will guide and work with the Digital content & SM Manager in brain storming, ensure internal teams are on track to fulfill the due dates and clients need, and act as an expert to help sell the companies digital media services to clients and prospects. 
  • In addition, you will be responsible for expanding the work capabilities, through testing, upsells, partnerships, etc.  
  • Ultimately you will be responsible for identifying and growing the revenue channels through social Moderation and determining how best to integrate this practice into the existing company’s accounts.  This is a highly strategic position blended with the ability and drive to make things happen. 
  • Create an inclusive report and social media analysis for the managed account on different social media platforms.
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
  • Help in setting and developing the social media growing goals and strategies in cooperation with the Department Manager.
  • Act as a senior level social subject matter expert in client meetings, as needed.
  • Create the social media competitive and analysis reports
  • Create digital listening reports
  • Manage any crisis within the moderated account and be aware of the whole situation.
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.
  • Become the company advocate in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort that maximizes results.
  • Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications
  • Work with client teams to understand client objectives, challenges and needs in the social space
  • Support Sales teams in winning new clients in all Brmaja countries.
  • Create digital market industries reports and insights

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience
