Job Description
- Ordering Supplies and Stationery needed for the office and the branches and negotiate with the suppliers to get the best deal
- Handling and follow-up any needed maintenance for the office and the branches
- Prepare the attendance sheet
- Screening and Filtering CVs
- Phone Call interviews and Interview Scheduling
- Filing
- Perform all the needed Executive tasks and assist the CEO in any needed task
Job Requirements

- Good Command of English Language.
- Computer skills Specially : Word & Excel
- Excellent Communication, and Negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, Time Management and Organizational Skills
- HR diploma is a plus
- Previous exposure to HR areas, mainly recruitment, and personnel is a plus
