Job Description
Job Summary:
- An administrative specialist is responsible for handling the day to day admin tasks & maintain the admin files. She/he supervises the food services provided to the staff.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the preparation of the offices and work station of the new hires
- Maintain up to date admin files including lease agreements, and services providers’ contracts
- Handle the administrative preparation the fun area, events and meetings as needed
- Handle travel arrangements of the Company staff for business trips
- Make sure that all due bills and invoices are paid on time (utilities, communication…….)
- Liaise with the services providers as needed
- Review and edit any admin documents as needed
- Support the admin staff in the secretarial works
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant fields.
- 0- 1 year of related experience.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills.
