Job Description
- Research and aggregate job postings from a wide range of online sources, including company websites, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ensure that job listings are accurately categorized, formatted, and compliant with platform standards.
- Regularly update and maintain the job listings database to ensure that posts are current and relevant.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of new job listings into the platform.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement in the aggregation process.
- Monitor industry trends to discover new sources for job postings.
- Ensure compliance with job posting policies and local employment laws.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with job boards, recruitment platforms, and employment market trends.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English and Arabic both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
