Job Description
- Implement the company’s sales plans and help achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify and approach new potential clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales orders from negotiation to delivery.
- Conduct field visits to project sites and client locations.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to provide tailored lighting solutions.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor data and submit regular sales reports.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade events when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Previous experience in lighting, electrical, finishing, or interior design fields is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Presentable and well-spoken with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Having a personal vehicle is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
