Job Description
- Own and administer corporate brands online platforms; starting with the marketing and E Commerce plans, posting content on different channels, deciding and applying promotions, analyzing insights, reporting outcome, deciding and supervising online shopping platforms to partner with.
- Plan and review the monthly/ occasionally promotions to apply, monitor promotions efficiencies on sales streams targets and flexibly change plans if needed accordingly to leverage sales performance.
- Manage online platform partners; liaise processes, work strategies, contracting, and constantly meet for performance reviews and enhance partnership.
- Analyze, decide and administer the merchandising process of related brands and their share of the E Commerce targets.
Follow up and carryout all financials related statements; credit notes, open stock… etc for online platforms outflows. - Liaise with and follow up on warehouse to ensure products readiness and on time of delivery as per service level agreements
- Monitor daily sales of the market place and report it to the Executive Management team with backup plans upon need
- Accurately analyze and report online sales records compared to plans with corrective actions if needed and recommend ideas of best investment tactics strengthening corporate brands online presence.
- Supervise online platforms performance in related tasks ensuring on time of delivery and quality of service as per agreement.
- Keep an updated e commerce environment through research and development that improve marketing and sales strategies and achievements.
Job Requirements
- Adequate knowledge of marketing theories and approaches and web merchandising
- Basic knowledge of web analytics tools and performance insights- Preferable.
- Creative and Innovative, Planned and Organized, Details Oriented, and Flexible
- Thinking within detailed standard practices and instructions and/ or with immediately available assistance or examples.
- Bachelor Degree of Mass Com (Marketing) or equivalent
- Social Media Management and Analytics Certificate/ Diploma- is a plus.
- 1 to 2 years Experience.
