Job Description
- Respond to queries via email, or phone.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems.
- Write, edit, and revise manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
- Provide technical assistance for questions and problems.
- Resolve problems with infrastructure (cameras, point, patch panels) and other computer systems and network device.
- Diagnose system errors and other issues.
- Running reports to analyses common complaints and problems.
- Install or change Autodesk, Adobe, and Microsoft software to fix issues.
- Remotely accessing hardware or software for users to make changes and fix problems.
- Prepare and setup meeting rooms, screens, projectors, video call meeting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Familiarity with installing and activating (Autodesk, Adobe, design & architecture programs).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs and windows.
- Experience with network repairs and analysis.
- Previous experience with DVR and IP camera systems.
- Good knowledge with google suite Apps.
