Job Description
- Researching and identifying potential corporate accounts, generating leads, target identification and classification.
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product “Residential & Commercial”.
- Screening real estate market and overlooking the competition.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
- Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients in liaising with internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Must own a car
- 1-3 years exp in brokerage field in New Capital projects, very good in CRM system, professional with clients, high presentation & negotiation skills, presentable & good English
