Store Keeper

Objective and purpose of the job:

• Implementing plans and organizing all matters related to warehouses (raw materials, finished product, product in operation, and storage spaces) and submitting a report to the warehouse manager on the required needs and organizing the entry and exit of inventory according to the approved procedures
• Responsible for implementing the executive plans and programs for warehouses, which ultimately contribute to achieving the main objectives of the institution
• Implementing disbursement, return and addition permits
• Responsible for organizing storage units, shelves and the safety of stocks according to storage instructions
• Supervising workers during the process of adding stocks, arranging and organizing them correctly according to the instructions
• Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the performance of work in its management
• Implementing all tasks requested by the warehouse manager and warehouse coordinator within the limits of work in warehouse management
• Submitting a weekly report to the warehouse manager and warehouse coordinator to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with a statement of the reason
• All of the above must be done according to the official procedure approved for warehouse management
• The warehouse keeper is responsible for keeping all records of quality models for warehouse management procedures and all his work is subject to internal review
