Job Description
- 100% ENGLISH only calls no ARABIC
- Contact potential customers based in CANADA to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- All calls are made through Skype, google meet & ZOOM
- Working hours are 8 hours per da from 5pm to 1am Egypt Time to match with 10am to 6pm Toronto Timing
- Monday to Friday job FULLY REMOTE , working from home
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Most important, opportunity to become team Leader within 6 months based on performance
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven experience in outbound international calls to USA or Canada
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Fluency in English
- Stable Internet connection
- Calm environment during working hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
