We're Hiring: Video Editor (3-Month Contract, Renewable)
We’re looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join us on a 3-month project (with potential for extension). If you love crafting engaging stories through video, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy working on a variety of content—from short films to podcasts and YouTube videos—this might be for you.
About the Role
Type: Contract (3 months, with possibility to renew)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Remote
What You’ll Do
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for different platforms
- Work with raw footage, audio, graphics, and stock material
- Collaborate with our creative team to meet deadlines and bring ideas to life
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, music, and sound effects as needed
- Adapt edits for different formats (YouTube, social media, etc.)
Job Requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in video editing (3+ years preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work—please include links
Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to tell a story through editing, with strong pacing and visual style
Bonus points if you’ve edited:
Short films
Video podcasts
YouTube infotainment content
Good communication and time management skills
Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
