Job Description

The Client Service Representative will be in charge of responding to clients' queries via calls, mails, and other communication platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

The following are the kinds of queries you will be handling in your role as a client service representative:

·       Add-Ons

·       Web Portal Credentials

·       Fax Confirm Receipt

·       Missing Information Request

·       Supplies Request

·       Pickups Request

·       Tickets Replies

·       Send-Outs

·       Results Request

·       QNS Reports

·       Replying General Inquiries

Job Requirements

  • BSc in any related field
  • This job requires high levels of ownership and excellent communication skills.
  • Overnight Shift
  • Communication Proficiency: Native English Speaking.
  • Computer Proficiency (Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Organizational Skills.

  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
