Travel agency located in Nasr city has an opportunity for the position of “ Inbound Tour Operator ”
Job Description:
- Able to get good rates for all markets from hotels and suppliers.
- Handling inbound holiday packages for individuals and groups.
- Handling tailor-made requests.
- Open new Sales Channels in order to develop & enhance business with different Nationalities to open new markets
- Contract new hotels, suppliers (restaurants, transportation and travel agents) worldwide.
- Interact with clients over the phone, email , social media channels or website forms.
- Contacting hotels, suppliers and negotiating rates.
- Selling various trips types in Egypt (Honeymoon, leisure, adventure, etc.) based on required budget.
- Preparing quotations, itineraries, and packages for all markets.
- Handling all Nile cruise requests.
- Participating in Planning and launching different products.
- Making arrangements for tickets, transportation, accommodation, Nile cruise es, tours and activities inside Egypt.
- Prompt dealing with the last minute requests.
Job Requirements
Applicant must have the following :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Fluent English language skills (Speaking and Writing).
- Excellent and fast computer skills.
- Adapt with Excel and numeracy.
- Excellent knowledge about hotels in different categories all over Egypt.
- Excellent knowledge about tours all over Egypt.
- Excellent knowledge about Nile cruises and all sightseeing in its itineraries
- Excellent knowledge of hotels and their sales staff.
- Strong sales skills and financial awareness.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Positive communication skills and the ability to create and maintain a strong relationship with overseas travel agents, local hoteliers, and suppliers
- Able to set plans, take challenges and achieve targets
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
