Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Acquisitions Specialist to join our team and drive our wholesaling real estate initiatives through proactive cold calling and deal closing. This role is ideal for a proactive go-getter with a strong background in real estate acquisitions, who is looking to grow into a leadership position. In this role, you will eventually progress to a manager/director position, where you will hire, train, and oversee a team of cold callers, acquisitions, and disposition professionals. 

We are looking for individuals who want to grow with us and grow FAST!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume, outbound cold calls to prospective sellers, identifying and securing wholesale real estate deals.
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, FollowUpBoss, and multi-dialer tools like MoJoDialer to track leads and follow-up communications.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth transactions from initial contact through contract closing.
  • Proactively manage your pipeline, staying organized and goal-oriented.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, sharing insights and best practices, and communicate promptly about any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Assume multiple roles as needed and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt independently.
  • Prepare for a future leadership role by developing team-building, hiring, and training skills for managing future acquisitions/disposition staff.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, specifically within wholesaling.
  • Proven track record of closing deals through cold calling and direct outreach.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, FollowUpBoss) and multi-dialer systems (e.g., MoJoDialer).
  • Exceptional English fluency (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot issues independently, yet know when to escalate challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A desire and capability to grow into a management/director role within the organization.
