Regional Area Sales Manager (Delta)
Job Description
Responsible for the whole Sales (Wholesale – Retail - Van) inside the region( Delta).
Solving clients' problems and eliminating obstacles that face all sales teams members.
Manage the process of reaching out to clients' leads and also have thoughts and solutions to achieve targets .
Follow up periodically with the clients and review the representatives' work .
Manage the sales teams of the region.
Set a meeting with the representatives to review the reports submitted by the sales team .
Guiding delegates and solving their problems.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure effective sales.
Develop a strong sales pipeline in accordance with company strategy.
Professionally update products and competitors knowledge.
Provide regular reports on market sales competition.
Collection of company dues and follow-up of debts with clients.
Conduct market visits with sales team regularly .
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree
Males only
Owning a car is a must
4-5 years of experience
Delta Resident is a must
Has experience in wholesale, retail & van sales
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Understanding of store operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
