Job Description
Support Architecture department in quantity surveys for the architectural items.
review quantity surveying for subcontractors & coordinate with the technical office department
prepare bill of quantities for different projects
prepare list of manufacture for different projects
prepare method of measurement for different projects
track changes to the design or construction work & adjust bill of quantities
preparing, negotiating & analysis costs for tenders & contracts
conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time & labor costs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering
- from 3 to 7 years of experience
- Revit is a must
