Job Description
- Handle all FIT, small Groups and Honeymoon requests.
- Send the offers along with all the related confirmations to the customers.
- Meet the deadlines set to the customers.
- Document all the taken actions based on the interactions with either the customers or the suppliers.
- Tracking the direct payments to the hotels and cancel or amend the existing reservations upon the customer requests.
- Insert all services on ERP and Logic on a daily basis and close the files based on their final status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- English is Very Good.
- Highly command on business writing.
- Male/Female.
