- Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Specialist located in 6th of October. The Technical Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical sales support, customer service, and technical support to customers. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure sales operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
- Technical Sales Support and Sales Operations skills
- Effective communication skills to work with customers and cross-functional teams
- Experience with technical support and customer service is not a must , fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Analytical skills to gather and assess data related to sales operations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Science , Pharmacy , Biotechnology , Bio medical Engineering or related field
- Experience in the scientific & lab equipment and supplies industry is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Excellent English skills written and spoken.
- 6th of October residents or Giza or nearby locations are welcomed
