Job Description

Job Summary:-

  • Receive and record customers' complaints and report to after sale manager.
  • Coordinate and follow up After sale team visits to maintenance site and report their feedback to Sales Department.
  • Follow up complaint status with sales department and report to assigned after sale engineer/technician.
  • Communication with other departments to save all the needed maintenance tools and parts for after sale team.
  • Handle after sale team allowances and petty cash .
  • Keep accurate data regarding after sale engineers & technicians site visits, work orders and send it on monthly bases to personnel & payroll specialists.
  • Prepare detailed semiannual reports about the complaints and breakdowns and submit it to quality assurance, specially for inside warranty cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any relevant field (Commerce, Business Administration,etc).
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience.
  • Very good user of Ms office applications
  • Males only.
  • Good English Language.
  • Excellent Customer Service & Administration skills.
  • Multitasking, highly organized, Communicator and Initiative.
  • Giza & October residents only.
  • Working hours : 8 am to 4 pm.
  • Weekly Days off : Fri. & Sat.
