Job Description
Job Summary:-
- Receive and record customers' complaints and report to after sale manager.
- Coordinate and follow up After sale team visits to maintenance site and report their feedback to Sales Department.
- Follow up complaint status with sales department and report to assigned after sale engineer/technician.
- Communication with other departments to save all the needed maintenance tools and parts for after sale team.
- Handle after sale team allowances and petty cash .
- Keep accurate data regarding after sale engineers & technicians site visits, work orders and send it on monthly bases to personnel & payroll specialists.
- Prepare detailed semiannual reports about the complaints and breakdowns and submit it to quality assurance, specially for inside warranty cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field (Commerce, Business Administration,etc).
- Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience.
- Very good user of Ms office applications
- Males only.
- Good English Language.
- Excellent Customer Service & Administration skills.
- Multitasking, highly organized, Communicator and Initiative.
- Giza & October residents only.
- Working hours : 8 am to 4 pm.
- Weekly Days off : Fri. & Sat.
