Job Description
We are Seeking an experienced Yogis Manager to manage all customers verbal & written inquiries and turn them into customers plus leading all admin work related to orders registration, payments, and all details related to participants/orders o- :
- Responsible for all sort of communications necessary with Yogis in a prompt way that is in line with Industry standards
- Responsible for filling all reports related to Yogis & events accurately & in a timely manner (Registration, …)
- Responsible for tracking all Yogi’s payments in a timely & accurate manner and following up to bringing all payments before deadlines.
- Work closely with marketing dep. on leveraging customers communication, engagement & experience.
- Responsible of all communications with our Yogi’s before and after all our events including and not limited to : events posting on all relevant social media platforms, finalizing orientation kit & Mailchimp
- Lead all communications and tasks with web developer to ensure best performance for our website
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stays informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in wellness and yoga
- Present Monthly Plan for Achievements - Past Month- & development- Following Month- at Monthly Business Review Meeting in person
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience as Sales Admin/Customer Service
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English is a Must.
- Creative & thinks out of the box (While Being on top of the latest social media trends)
- Persuasion & Communication Skills ( how to communicate with different audiences)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of wellness and yoga industry trends, products, and services.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
