Job Description
- Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
- Responsible for documenting and organizing marketing operations.
- Validate digital marketing tools popularity to ensure a steady stream of traffic and future leads.
- Grow the prospect database of inquiries per Month as per the assigned targets. Inquiries include pop-up forms, lead requests, and any other means that will ensure a steady stream of qualified leads to sales.
- Developing and maintaining direct marketing means to maximize possible reach such as sending newsletters and updating databases with relevant prospect leads
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and twitter) from content creation to implementation and reporting to engage constantly with our targeted audience.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, and videos)
- Manage reporting to quantify and qualify effectiveness of interactive campaigns.
- Continuously make improvements by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then act based on that information.
- Stay well informed with what is going on in the fast-changing world of social and digital media, what competitors are doing, and which new measurement tools are being used.
- Collaborate with other departments to be up to date with the latest products and features we provide.
