About the company:
- We are a family owned small/medium company that has a lot of potential to grow. we own 4 branches and we are looking forward to open another branch this year.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
Job Requirements
- We are seeking for a good sales person who can grow the sales of the men's section in our new Cairo branch.
- Applicant for this position must be a highly motivated and self-initiated person with a positive attitude.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the sales & retail business industry.
- Preferably Fashion Retail background.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of the market conditions to aid sales
- Good contacts for creating sales
- Good after sales services as this is the quality that guarantees repeat customers
- Should be able to multi-task as they have to manage a number of people
- Should have the ability to meet targets
- Should be on the constant lookout of sales prospects
- Have the ability to work even at odd hours
