About the Job
  • Responsible for handling the customer complaints and promote for the bank's products.
  • Respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone.
  • Solve the customer issues and provide them with answers regarding any financial questions.
  • Contract with the bank Directly and its not outsourced vacancy.
  • It is an 11 month Paid internship as a bank staff.
