Job Description
Overall Purpose:
- Reviewing and auditing incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare items for shipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
- Manage shipping method, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Manage shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.
- Manage the Contacts with carrier representatives to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of equipments.
- Manage with needs according to statistics based on minimum stock level and average consumption.
- Prepare a Purchase Order Summary Report.
- Organize, train and encourage staff to ensure objectives achievements.
Other Important Accountabilities:
- Perform a variety of general administrative and logistics duties including typing, and proofreading of documents
- Receive, process, and sort incoming mail and inquiries.
- Operate a variety of office machines including a Personal Computer; input and retrieve data and text.
- Provide feedback and accurate statistics on operations and procedures
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification Profile:
- University Graduate
- Bilingual; mastering spoken and written Arabic and English languages
