Job Description
- Manage the Administration and Maintenance issues for Raya shops in accordance with maintenance companies, in addition to submitting payment requests to finalize all payments with the Finance department
- Coordinate daily issues related to Raya shops with the cleaning company
- Monthly visits for all Raya shops to identify Administration issues related to maintenance (Administration check-list) and doing the action plan after the regular visits.
- Ensures the compliance of Administration tickets and follows-up until all Remedy tickets submitted by shops are closed
- Ensures that all maintenance working efficiently in all Raya shops
- Responsible of the landlines telephones installation and payments within Raya shops
- Manages the removal of unnecessary items from different Raya shops
- Handle the Administration issues related to roll-out requirements for any of Raya shops
- Dealing with government authorities such as the departments of water, electricity, licenses and taxes
- Perform other related duties
