Job Description
- Manage contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment.
- Manage shipping method, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Manage shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.
- Manage the Contacts with carrier representatives to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of equipments.
- Manage with needs according to statistics based on minimum stock level and average consumption.
- Prepare a Purchase Order Summary Report.
- Organize, train and encourage staff to ensure objectives achievements.
- Establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with peers and external customers.
- Respond tactfully and courteously with the public in answering customer inquiries and complaints.
- Perform a variety of general administrative and logistics duties including typing, and proofreading of documents.
- Receive, process, and sort incoming mail and inquiries.
- Operate a variety of office machines including a personal computer; input and retrieve data and text.
- Provide feedback and accurate statistics on operations and procedures.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- Major: Bachelor degree in business discipline or any relevant.
- 3+ years supervision experience.
- Tools and Programs: SAP.
- Males only.
- Age from 30 to 40.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Prior experience with an integrated ERP (i.e. SAP) systems environment and required data dependencies is a must.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with hostile customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to type more than 40 words/minute
- Mastering at operating on windows and office suite.
- Mastering at professional business correspondences.
