Job Description
- Consolidate, validate and approve sales forecast/plan for all sales team.
- Monitors market expectations, requirements, trends, and contributes to collecting market input for research and budgeting
- Achieve annual sales target to fulfill organization’s objectives
- Meet with customers, make professional presentations, initiate the preparation of proposals, communicate proposals to customers and negotiate with customers to achieve a successful resolution.
- Deliver the account plan strategy, annual financial objectives and manage/own problem resolution
- Participate as a key member in proposals/Tenders technical and financial preparation
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and sales results reports.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Participate in and improve brand promotions.
- Develop sales growth plan and revenue generation from unconventional products
- Retain and grow existing contracts, diversify into new areas/opportunities within the corporate business development and the P&L.
- Generate and maintains records within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track customer contacts, proposal generation, and customer-specific information.
- Understand and ensure that operations with his clients are conducted in compliance with the organization's standards, local laws, and client requirements.
- Prepare information as needed for customer meetings and discussions with management, including status, tracking, and financial reporting
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

- BSc of Pharmacy/Science or equivalent
- Area of Expertise:
- OTC: Over the counter products
- From 13-15 Years of experience.
