Job Description
- Managing the after sales department, accomplishing the board of directors' vision, supporting products by putting down the quality rules in service centers and spare parts stores.
- Communicate with the manufacturers concerning technical support and warranty in order to reach customer satisfaction, achieving target profit for the department, and executing the policies of both company and the manufacturers.
- Follow up competitive prices.
- Developing the policies and the systems in order to support the products and achieve the maximum profit.
