Job Description
- The main objective will be to improve the communication skills of the agents in order to enhance the quality of the processing of our clients' requests: reservations via calls or e-mails and handling of complaints
- Accompaniment and individualized follow-up of the agents in terms of proficiency in the English or spanish language, both written and oral
- Strengthened coaching of the least proficient in linguistic and communication tools
- Organize, as required, FLE teaching sessions that can be modulated by agents on several teams
- Pedagogical accompaniment on defined subjects such as professional communication and customer relationship management
- Carry out the listening and setting up of a grid of improvement of communication quality with customers
- Use and adaptation of existing quality tools for the exclusively linguistic component
- Reformulation and, if necessary, creation and proposal of "Templates" type mails with validation of the client
Job Requirements
- Excellent Languages skills in Spanish
- Excellent comprehension of the American culture and Latino
- Experience of living in USA will be very appreciated
