Job Description
We're looking for a front desk coordinator to manage our reception area. You will act as the 'face' of our clinic and ensure customers receive a heartwarming welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate reservation, scheduling, and patient flow within the clinic.
- Incoming/out coming calls, billings, and end of the day reports.
- Handle customers’ complains and requests.
- Troubleshoot emergencies.
- Ensure the clinic is tidy and has all necessary supplies.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Coordinator.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
