- Design, implement, and monitor KPIs that align with operational and strategic goals.
- Analyze production data and processes to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Plan and execute energy, water, and utility-saving projects, ensuring measurable and sustainable impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure process changes are aligned and well-integrated.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive actions where inefficiencies or losses are identified.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on progress, results, and opportunities.
- Analyze process data to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce scrap and rework, and drive sustainable improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement, hands-on training, and structured problem-solving.
- Review and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) ensure updates reflect actual material usage and process changes.
- Lead training programs for operators, supervisors, and technicians to strengthen process knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and adherence to standards.
- Support trials and commissioning of new materials, equipment, and process upgrades
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and product-specific certifications (as EN standards)
