- Lead, monitor and challenge the digital transformation process in different industries.
- Ensure that processes are standardized, documented and that KPIs are used to demonstrate delivery and service levels are being met or exceeded.
- Management of the workload providing adaptability and flexibility to deliver the Services in a changing and demanding environment. This could include the ability to move between presales activities and software implementation activities.

- Five years’ experience of engineering position in chemicals, Oil Gas, food industry or infrastructure.
- Successful track record of being a team member as well as a team leader who works towards corporate goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of integrity always does the right thing and encourages others to behave in the same way.
- Strong English language capability.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment during implementation projects.
- Able to operate comfortably at a detailed as well as a strategic level.
- Project Management skills will be an advantage.
Technical, Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation
- Information technology and digital transformation skills
- Background in Process Industries, Manufacturing or Engineering Industry. Experience in presales within operational and design technologies together with sills in IT & digital transformation.
